Start on your phone, finish on your PC

Handover uses a USB cable. No cloud, no account – and the videos arrive as originals.

1. Hand over on the phone: In “My projects” long-press the project → “Hand over (package)”. Cutterini puts a package in “Download/Cutterini/Übergabe”.
2. Plug in the phone: Connect the phone to the PC via USB and choose “File transfer” on the phone.
3. Take over on the PC: In Cutterini on the PC choose “Phone (USB)” on the home screen. The packages appear in a list – clicking one imports the project with its videos.
4. Finish editing: Keep working on the PC, e.g. with proxy preview for long streams and GPU captions.
5. Back to the phone: In the project menu choose “To phone (USB)”. On the phone use “Take over project”: if it was unchanged there it is replaced, otherwise a copy is made – nothing is lost, nothing is duplicated.
