Yes, everything is free during the test phase. Whether some features will later be part of a Pro version has not been decided.
Does Cutterini work without internet?
Yes. Editing, effects, captions and export work offline. Internet is only needed for optional things like GIF search or downloading a speech model once.
Can I finish the project on my PC?
Yes. Cutterini is also available for Windows. The project moves over via USB with all originals and back again, without duplicate files.
